Myriam Ballesteros graduated in Journalism and studied film, television and animation at New York University, BBC, EAVE, CARTOON, etc. She founded MB Producciones and IMIRA Entertainment and has worked as Director, Show Runner, Story Editor and Producer directing among others the animated series LUCKY FRED, SANDRA DETECTIVE DE CUENTOS, LOLA & VIRGINA, MEME Y EL SR BOBO etc... which have been sold in more than 100 countries and awarded in Festivals such as CIFF, Cartoon on de Bay, etc. as well as the short films LA SUPERRABIETA, LA LEYENDA DE UN HOMBRE MALO, MI MEJOR AMIGA and CENICIENTA SWING. She is currently working on the animated series ANNIE & CAROLA and CENICIENTA ENMASCARADA and on the animated feature provisionally titled AMALUR PROFEZIA. She has been founder and president of MIA (women in the animation industry).
